Dr. Shanley Allen

Dr. Shanley Allen is Professor of Psycholinguistics and Language Development at the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau in Germany. She has been doing research on children learning Inuktitut for over 30 years, including adapting two early language assessments for Inuktitut. She is Co-Editor of the book series Trends in Language Acquisition Research, is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Child Language, and is President-Elect of the International Association for the Study of Child Language.
